Anyone with a first and last name within the United States of America. If you are not from the Unites States & are just visiting you may purchase from us as well using a US mailing address and of course your first and last name.

How do I purchase an item?

Well...If you like the item that much...you can purchase it. Just open an account with us free of charge and your set.

Is there a limit to how many I can purchase? 

How would you feel if the guy who visited this site before you bought 30 pieces and because of him the Item that you were WOWing about is sold out? Well because we know how you would feel, we decided to make a limit of 3 items per customer per day. Sorry mister 30 piece purchase man.

What are my payment options?

Any Major Credit card or our buddies at PayPal.

Can I cancel my order once it was placed?

No. All sales are final. But dont worry, your first instinct is usually the right way to go.

How fast does my item ship?

It generaly ships within 3-5 business days of the purchase, however if the payment does not go through succesfully it wont ship at all. Sorry. Thats the rules....we just work here.

How much is the shipping & how long will it take to get to me?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per item. Although we wish it could get to you that day it could take from 3-7 business days, We apologize in advance if that's a bit long but we run Whatanitem.com not the postal service.

How can I track my item?

The military uses something called Brilliant Eyes to track missiles. This is probably the most accurate way to track something. Since this is still not available to the public we will provide you with a tracking number from the postal service. That's the best we could do.

What is the return/exchange policy?

Even our own mothers cannot speak to us as we are very busy trying to get you the best deals around. Although your questions are important to us we are probably not going to be around when you call.
