Shipping Policy

Items purchased usually ships within 3-5 business days from order date, provided that your payment has successfully been accepted. Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 per item shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information and carrier as well as a tracking number.

Return Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. What An Item will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. If authorized you will receive an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) for any SPECIAL CASE in which only an EXCHANGE will be issued. An RMA, if given must be received within 14 days from issue date or will not be accepted. If an item is defective contact the manufacturer for a replacement of exact or newer model. Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 50% and all non-product-related fees (shipping) are not refundable. Any shipments which the acceptance has been refused or the address provided was incorrect therefore the package has been returned, will impose a 50% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If your item appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the package carrier.
